Subprocessor List

Zoey OS, LLC (operator of ApplyOwl) uses a small number of third-party providers ("subprocessors") to run the ApplyOwl account service, payments, website, and communications. Each operates under contractual obligations limiting their use of data to providing their service to us. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a new subprocessor — subscribe to changes by emailing legal@applyowl.app.

Important: your AI provider is NOT our subprocessor

ApplyOwl uses your own AI — your OpenAI/Anthropic API key or your own ChatGPT/Claude subscription. Those AI requests go directly from your device to your provider under your own credentials. We do not proxy, receive, or store them. Your AI provider is your own contractual relationship, governed by their terms — not a Zoey OS subprocessor.

Likewise, the job sites ApplyOwl interacts with (LinkedIn, job boards, applicant-tracking systems) are accessed through your own logged-in browser; they are not our subprocessors.

Notes

We do not receive, store, or process your resume, your applications, your job-site logins, or your AI prompts and responses — these stay on your device (see Privacy Policy, Section 2).
All subprocessors that process personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland do so under appropriate transfer safeguards (SCCs / UK IDTA / FDPIC-recognized clauses).
